Nice Tail
I like how this picture turned out, even though Felix’s tail is in the frame (since he so nicely walked through).

So it looks like this weekend will be the first real snowstorm of the season. I can’t wait, really! I’m looking forward to it, right down to stocking up on some things.

We ended up going to Alexandria this afternoon, mostly on a diaper and baby gate mission. It shan’t be long before Kirstin is mobile enough to justify keeping her out of places where Bad Things can happen. So some initial measures (purchase of baby gates) have now been taken. That, and we ended up coming home with 324 diapers. Long story short — coupon expiry. Tomorrow.

So it was a pretty busy day but a relatively relaxing and interesting day. We went to the mall while we were there and picked up some stuff so we can do a really cute Kirstin Christmas picture. Should be awesome! At least that’s the plan.

So we’re on storm watch now — if nothing else it’ll give me an excuse to get a few random things done around the house (especially if it snows hard enough for Internet service to go out). But we’ve no snow on the ground just yet; it’s just been cold for now.
