The website upgrade is almost complete. I’ve made some major changes to the way the news system works and looks (if only on an ‘internal’ and structural basis) and many subtle changes to the functionality of my website here and actually have all the pages TWiki-fied. I’ve taken some time after getting the pages there…

Two important news items to note for this post: I’ve begun the official complete transition from stock .html pages to cool Wiki pages for the entire Matt’s Home on the Web site. This site is currently in beta form over on my private TWiki installation as I ensure the functionality and make sure other things…

I’ve had to do something today that I was hoping to never have to do — ban access by default to an entire part of the mzonline.com site. Why? To give the in-depth answer (which is default for me), it stems to the unauthorized and irresponsible use of images hosted here. What has happened is…

The Rat Bastards Strike Back! For MFP (Modern Functional Programming), we were allowed to choose our own projects…and more importantly, our own groups. Of course, the Rat Bastards became another (to be rivaled) group in a software development type of course. For those of you unfamiliar with the Rat Bastard Legacy, it goes back to…

After about a week of strange behavior, I’ve decided to essentially discontinue the use of my AOL Instant Messenger presence. For the last week or so, it seems that after my computer has been running for a few days (48+ hours, we’ll say)…the AOLIM program seems to do strange things and eat up all my…

Major news! For some reason this wasn’t overly obvious to me…until about a day ago. I’ve got this TWiki thing which can do so much…but yet I’m not using it to more of its capabilities. In lieu of this, I’ve been playing around on my home network TWiki installation with some neat things that will…

I’ve added several pictures (about 1MB worth) to the GeorgePictures page. Hooray for me. These are mostly pictures of him over the last four months. In addition to that, I’ve made some changes to my resume page… Earlier I’d noticed (in the last online revision) that I was missing a good portion of some stuff…which…

Hooray! The piano got tuned again today! Not that it was in dire need of it, but it was good to get done…and get some random stuff fixed with it. Nice thing about it is that (unless it really starts bugging us)…it shouldn’t need tuning for a while…couple of years. So hooray for the piano.…

So, not much new. Got the One-Act 2003 Scrapbooks completed. They look much nicer than last year, and turned out nice. Also got some Letter certificates completed for the veterans of the group…just to show appreciation. New thing that I did manage to do, though…was add local support for the DICTionary protocol. The server box…

Spring Break has sprung! Been working on getting the One-Act 2003 Scrapbooks printed. They’ve been written now, and hopefully by Tuesday will have been printed. Got the LaserJet warmed up and ready to go. While it’s not exactly topless beaches in Mexico, it’s still much-needed time away from course work…and allows me to get a…
