Winding Along In The Distance
This is one of my favorite shots of the day. I like how the few remaining colored leaves frame the exposed water in this picture.

So it got really pretty cold this evening. We went from a high of about 42 here this afternoon (around 2:30, according to my thermometer) to a current temperature of 6.3. And we got some snow! Yeah!
I managed to upload the rest of the pictures that I took (this time the ‘scenery’ ones) the other day. I only uploaded 53 for the day, but I’m done with that portion for now. At least now I can take some time to send pictures to groups and do some of the other cool Flickrite stuff. So that’ll be cool.
Today was a pretty average Monday, really. Not a whole lot new in the world, and it was the first real work day after a long holiday weekend. So that makes for an interesting day…but not necessarily in the most productive or ‘needs to be talked about’ sort of way. It was normal, but just a little slower than most Mondays. 🙂
I need to do some organization stuff around my desk in the next week or so. It’s starting to get cluttered, and I need to go through and do some filing (my ‘roughly quarterly’ thing). The file cabinet is starting to get very difficult to close (and open) properly…so that’s a good indicator that things need to be gone through. That will probably be next weekend’s project.
And since I don’t really have much more to say tonight, I’m going to leave it at that and head for bed where I can form my overnight cocoon and enjoy some ‘beauty sleep.’
So until next time…
